Born on October 10, 1949 in Tondo Manila, PASTOR LUIS RUIZ SANTOS is the youngest of nine children of Mr. Conrado Santos (deceased), a noted salesman who was able to provide ample support to the family and a housewife mother, Mrs. Eliza Ruiz (deceased).

He took up his primary and secondary education at the Tomas Remegio Elementary School and Mapua Institute of Technology, respectively. His college days were spent at the University of the East where he pursued Business Administration, major in Marketing.

But being more inclined to venture into business, he decided to stop schooling at his third year and began to earn a living. Even during his teenage years, he sourced out extra money by driving for his father and at the same time selling clothes to neighbors and friends. At the early age of seven (7), he showed an extraordinary interest to music so much so that in the early 1960’s he engaged in this talent and formed a musical band called SPOTNIKS COMBO. He was the band leader and an all-around performer, having the ability to play the percussions, guitars and keyboards. The band has its share of successes, which include a performance in Okinawa, Japan. But being a family man, this musical career was shelved because he felt the need to have a more established profession.

In 1970, he married Norma Sy, a Chinese mestiza and had four (4) children namely Leslie, Ludwig, Wiglie and Weily.

Pastor Louie, as he is fondly called, worked as a salesman at 7-UP BOTTLING CORPORATION. But because of the growing needs of his family, he searched for another source of income. He put up a jogging club, and sold them shirts exclusive for the group. After gaining enough skills in selling RTWs, the couple decided to start their own garments company named WIGLIES GARMENTS MANUFACTURING, wherefore they excelled as one of the pioneers in the said industry. Concurrently, another company was set up,
LUDWIG ENTERPRISES, which was a marketing firm of yarn and
knitted fabrics. Their success in the field of garments prompted them
to acquire several properties and enough investments to secure their
future.

In 1984, while still at the height of their businesses, they became Born
Again Christians. Their love for God was so great that they heed to
HIS calling and gave up their businesses to serve as ministers
of the gospel.

Consequently, their businesses were officially closed in 1993
to be fulltime pastors of JESUS CHRIST TO GOD BE THE
GLORY FELLOWSHIP, INC. which they founded in 1988.

Pastor Louie was ordained Pastor on March, 1986, and was
ordained Bishop on December, 1998 by Rev. Bishop Antonio
R. Gallemit Sr. His pastoral ministry now runs on its 20th
year shepherding an average of more than 7,000 members
of the main church. JESUS CHRIST TO GOD BE THE GLORY
CHURCH Service is being held every Sunday at the Cuneta
Astrodome. Aside from the main church, there are 91 daughter
churches nationwide and 16 churches abroad under the church
banner. He also hosts a twelve-year old television program entitled
"FRIENDS AGAIN" at IBC 13 every Friday, 6 to 7pm, which
is also broadcasted at SBN 21 every Thursday, 10 to 11pm. The
couple has traveled extensively both here and abroad in preaching
the gospel.

Through the years he has shown great love and loyalty to GOD and HIS
people by helping thousands of souls change their lives for the better,
be healed from diseases and be delivered from vices all through the
grace of God. He is an anointed preacher, dearly-loved and is highly
respected by fellow Christians and by those who know him.
